Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Gloss Beauty Boutique, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you and require preparation and therapist allocation in advance.

To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow sufficient time to offer appointments to those waiting, we operate a 3 working day (72 business hours) cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Appointment Cancellations

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 3 working days (72 business hours) notice, 50% of the booked treatment fee will be charged.

This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, as late changes prevent us from filling the reserved appointment time.

Appointment Changes & Rescheduling

Appointments altered within 3 working days (72 business hours) of the scheduled appointment are considered a late change.

If you reschedule or change to a treatment of lesser value within this timeframe, 100% of the original treatment value will be charged to honour the time that has been reserved.

Changes With More Than 72 Business Hours’ Notice

Every new client visit begins with consultation, allowing us to assess your skin and guide you toward the most suitable starting point.

Our role is to simplify the process and ensure your skin receives exactly what it needs — safely and progressively.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time to avoid impacting following appointments. In some cases, rescheduling may be required and cancellation fees may apply.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase as of 31 March 2026 and are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
